ALT will establish joint ventures with equipment manufactures and others to advance our technology in as many industries as possible. Joint venture takes the cooperative research agreement one step further into the cooperative development of full-scale prototypical equipment and/or processes. ALT will establish strategic alliances for joint manufacturing, marketing, and distribution, with shared cost and shared benefits. Joint ventures have clearly defined ownership, goals, strategic roles, and milestones. ALT believes this type of agreement will offer the most efficient commercialization with speed in development and fast time to market.
