Structure |

Our licensing goal is efficient research and commercialization
of our patented technology. Whether through a cooperative research
agreement, joint venture, standard license, or a combination
of approaches, Advanced Light Technologies (ALT) will find creative
solutions to promote any opportunity. |

| Licensing |
 |
| Our
technology licenses will be issued on an exclusive or non-exclusive
basis, by product type, technology sector, and/or by field
of use. Licensing agreements will have many forms to match
varying types of industries and specific needs. Most, if
not all, licensing
agreements will have a royalty component that can be tied
to production or calendar-dated. This royalty may be a straight
flat fee, and/or it could include an increasing or decreasing
multiplier rate per year for a set amount of years. Licensing
could also include the option of down payments for technology
transfer, research and development (R&D), industry know-how,
and technical support, as well as access to our data repository. |
